As you may have noticed things have been pretty sparse around here of late – a combination of many things but the main one is that I’ve really wanted to blog about different things of late – Upside Down Stupid Hat was fun but its time for something new so let me introduce you to
Yes I’ve got a new blog and its going to be twice the fun, twice as healthy, twice as informative and just generally new and interesting – get involved, change your RSS, call your mum etc and so on.
